Regulations on parking usage conditions

Please read these Regulations carefully, as they affect your rights and obligations and regulate the conditions under which the Department Store "Tuzlanka" doo (Owner) allows you (the User) to use the parking lot at the "Tuzlanka" shopping center.

Consent :

• By entering the Parking Lot, you accept these Terms.
• If you do not want these Terms to apply to you, please leave the Parking immediately.
• Parking hours are 24 hours, every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday.

Price list

• First 2 hours – Free
• 1.00 KM - for each subsequent hour - after the first two hours have expired
• 20.00 KM – additional fee for lost/damaged day ticket
• 50.00 KM – additional fee for a lost/damaged monthly ticket
• 25.00 KM – price of a monthly ticket for tenants of the Department Store “Tuzlanka”
• 60.00 KM – price of a monthly ticket for third parties who are not tenants or employees of the "Tuzlanka" Department Store

Paying a parking ticket

• At one of the payment machines located in front of the shopping center (on the side near the ATM and at the reception ramp, at the entrance to the new extension) - payment methods - cash;
• If you have stayed in the mall for less than 2 hours, go to the exit and the barrier will open automatically. There is no need to use your parking ticket;
• If you have exceeded 2 hours and before returning to your vehicle, go to the payment machines to pay for parking.
• After payment, leave the Parking within 30 minutes. To exit the Parking, scan your ticket at the ticket reader located at each exit point;
• If the time of exit from the Parking is longer than 30 minutes, the additional stay is subject to an additional parking fee;

Liability of the Owner to the User

• Use the parking lot at your own risk;
• Vehicles parked in the Parking Lot are not guarded, nor are property left in the vehicle;
• Please note that the Owner is not responsible for third parties, nor does it guarantee that they will not enter the Parking Lot and cause damage to property or engage in illegal behavior.

User Responsibility

• Before leaving your vehicle, make sure that your vehicle is securely locked, including the windows, and that the handbrake is applied.
• If you damage another vehicle or any property or structure within the Parking Lot, you will be liable and must report this immediately to a member of the Owner's staff.
• If you damage any property or structure within the Car Park, you will be required to pay the reasonable costs that the Owner must pay to repair the damage.

Prohibited activities in the Parking Lot

 The user is not allowed to:

• performs any activity related to the sale, rental or disposal of vehicles or any other goods or services;
• parks his vehicle in any place that could cause an obstacle to other users of the Parking, either by blocking the entrance/exit or creating obstacles within the Parking. If the User does not comply with the above provision, the Owner has the right to charge an additional fee for illegal parking, the amount of which is determined by the Owner himself in accordance with the situation.
• do anything in the Parking Lot that may disturb other Parking Lot users, or that may cause injury or inconvenience to the Owner or any other Parking Lot user;
• parks his vehicle in a parking space designated for a specific type of vehicle or for a specific user if your vehicle is not of that type or if you are not such a user. If the User does not comply with the above provision, the Owner has the right to charge an additional fee for occupying such a parking space;
• cleans the vehicle or authorizes anyone else to clean the vehicle while it is in the parking lot, excluding an official car wash at a shopping center;
• dispose of all objects or waste in the Parking lot;
• smokes in the parking lot;
• tows the vehicle in the Parking Lot; or
• carry out or authorize anyone else to carry out any work, maintenance or repairs to the vehicle while it is in the Parking Lot

Parking lot security

• Drive carefully and slowly in the parking lot and respect all direction signs and speed limits;
• When you park your vehicle, please proceed to the nearest exit and watch out for moving vehicles;
• You are required to park your vehicle completely within one parking space. Please do not park your vehicle across more than one parking space;
• Comply with all instructions or requests given by employees and representatives of the Owner;
• The Owner is authorized to remove the vehicle from the Parking Lot in the event of a sudden threat or immediate risk and is not obligated to pay any compensation or damage to the User as a result of taking such actions.

Reading tables

• Monthly parking tickets are issued only for vehicles with specifically specified license plates, and the User is obliged to provide this information when concluding the Agreement on the use of the parking ticket and purchasing it.
• When using the parking lot, your vehicle's license plate will be recorded and recorded in our database, and the license plate information will be stored and processed for statistical purposes. This type of processing is performed automatically for the purpose of charging for parking, and based on the contract for providing this service.
